Hiring Access Control Analyst in Dubai Region.
Experience: 4+Years.
Contract Duration- Yearly renewable long term contract.
Notice period: 30 to 45 days Maximum.
JD:
2+ years’ experience in Privilege Identity & Access management domain and implementation of centralized identity services (federated or otherwise) in a banking environment

Deep knowledge of tools & processes required for controlling & ensuring access to systems, environment and roles as well as their underlying technology (Technical)
Knowledge of the current toolset and capabilities for access controls as well as possible remediation for current challenges (Technical)
Deep experience in applying new methodologies to Identity & Access management including the interpretation of policies & standards, and their proactive application (Technical)
Identify areas of improvement and enhance domain by driving innovative ways of addressing authentication and authorization (Technical)
Technical knowledge of principles such as Need-to-Know, Least Privilege and Segregation of Duties (Technical)
Technical knowledge of user identities and how they are managed on heterogeneous operating systems, databases and web server technologies (Technical)
Knowledge of cloud based and federated identity management solutions and approaches
Decent verbal & written communication skills; (Management)
Technical & Audit Stakeholder Management skills (Management)
