Position: Admin
Highly qualified and experienced Administrator invited with following skills.

1.Minimum 3 years’ experience
2.Excellent command in English (Written, Speaking, Grammar)
3.Well organized and attention to details
4.Time Management and able to prioritize task
5.Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
6.Taking dictation, transcribing, typing confidential documentation, keeping confidential material.
7.Perform all secretarial and administrative duties to the standards required in order to ensure the smooth operation of the administration office.
8.Communicate efficiently with all colleagues in the department in order to ensure an efficient flow of information to and from the administration office.
9.Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
10.Pre-qualifying prospects to make the work of sales teams easier
11.Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipent and techniques.
12.Compose, edit and drafts letters for company
13.Compile, organize and accurately finalize documents for office records
14.Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures
15.Document management – preparation of reports / presentations / correspondence, coordination of documents for signature and filing as requested.
16.Monitoring the validity of group companies trade/commercial licenses. Coordinating with the respective entities for the valid documents
17.Negotiate and co-ordinate with suppliers and vendors regarding office equipment, stationery, printing and pantry supplies etc.
18.Check and authorize monthly office charging, e.g. mobile phone, courier, IDD charge report.
19.Develop office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately.
20.Ability to adapt into company culture and be effective in future development.
