Job Description:
We are seeking courteous and attentive Bellhops/Porters to join our team. As a Bellhop/Porter, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest service by assisting with luggage, providing information, and ensuring a warm welcome for our guests. If you have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a commitment to enhancing the guest experience, we encourage you to apply and become an integral part of our hotel’s front office team.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude.
Assist guests with luggage, including loading and unloading.
Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about hotel services.
Offer recommendations for local attractions and dining options.
Assist in maintaining the lobby area and entrances.
Handle guest requests and inquiries professionally.
Collaborate with hotel staff to ensure guests’ needs are met.
Maintain a tidy and organized luggage storage area.
Provide directions and assistance to guests as needed.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Bellhop/Porter or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong physical fitness to handle luggage and stand for extended periods.
Positive attitude and a willingness to assist guests.
Knowledge of the local area and attractions is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent.
