Brand Manager (m/f)
The Opportunity
Following our recent expansion in the region, we are currently looking for a Brand Manager / Market Development Manager, to join our Dubai based team. For this role, we are looking for an ‘all round’ Marketing professional, who will have the following responsibilities:

• Providing strategic direction for all Marketing activities including creation, execution, monitoring and evaluation of Marketing plans
• Supporting ‘Go to Market’ Strategy with pro-actively initiating all sell out activities in the market to support sales teams (Initiating actions based on monitoring market conditions and customer performance)
• Owning the development of core marketing BTL materials – in line with the regional guidelines (compliance with artwork and CI)
• Managing relationship with all external agencies (including communication, research, digital, PR)
• Managing Corporate & Market Support Fund budgets
• Leading cross functional communication with other departments including Sales, Finance and other departments
• Creation of AOP for respective markets with sales teams
• Support with ATL Communication, PR initiatives and digital execution
• Conducting periodic Competitive Analysis
• Supporting Price positioning analysis with Pricing department
• Hold the responsibility of constantly updating and optimizing product portfolio
• Ownership and leading of team for the deployment and completion of strategic documents and projects
• Maintaining a continuous, up-to date dialogue with regional teams on product and initiative launches.
• Ownership and continuous update of Marketing / Brand training materials for newly joined members of the Goodyear MEA organization – Consumer and/or Commercial PBU)
To join our team you will need
If you want to apply for this role you will need to have the following experience:

– Minimum of 6-8 years experience in a similar role, with a particular emphasis on Trade Marketing.
– You must have experience in a similar industry (Automotive/ Spare parts or Tires).
– Excellent English writing skills. Arabic would be an added advantage
– You are known to be pro-active, passionate, and energetic professional.
