Responsibilities & Duties
Unit Operational Performance

Adheres to product specifications/recipes & quality standards
Adheres to product arrangements and ensures merchandising standards are maintained
Ensuring the kitchen standards, food service quality and service is up to brand benchmarks in relation to serving timings and temperatures and SOP

Adheres to hygiene practices – receiving, storage, preparation, handling of food, holding times, and service in the kitchen is consistent with company regulations and municipality rules

Adheres to correct portioning techniques
Meet standards for personal appearance, uniform image, & personal hygiene
Conducts daily cleaning and hygiene checks
Prepares food according to production guidelines set by the company
Has product knowledge and can explain cooking procedures as per specifications
Minimizing wastage
Ability to work under pressure
Academic & Skills required
Knowledge of Cooking methods
Previous knowledge of kitchen is required
Prior experience of having worked with standardized recipes
Knowledge of FIFO techniques
Minimum basic food hygiene
Education Requirements
Minimum High School Level
Working Experience & Skills
Oral fluency in English, ability to read English
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent
Salary: AED 3,000.00 – AED 3,500.00 per month
