Hiring for Customer Service Administrators for a leading Semi-government client in UAE

Working days and hours:
5 days per week
08.00 a.m. to 05.00 p.m. with one hour break

Reporting to:
Head Of department / Manager – Sector Development
Department: Exhibitions

Customer Service Administrators will work in customer service (exhibitor services) environment handling product & services enquiries, sales leads, service orders, support requests and complain or feedback cases through inbound and outbound call (voice), live chat and email channels.
Key purpose of this role is to be the centralized contact for Exhibitor customer segment for pre-sales, sales, and after-sales service activities. This role makes an important contribution to DXB Live customer relationship management by providing real-time response, faster resolution, standardized service quality, and enhancing customer loyalty & satisfaction.

1. Learn and develop up-to-date knowledge about DXB Live products & services, customer service systems and standard operating procedures & policies
2. Handle inbound enquiries received through 800DWTC, live chat or emails channels with focus on first contact resolution.
3. Qualify customer enquiry to generate quality leads. Log qualified leads in CRM system for sales team’s perusal.
4. Handle service order by scripting new orders and/or validating and processing existing orders in CRM system. Follow-up with service delivery teams to ensure timely delivery of requested service.
5. Handle support requests, complaints, or feedback by logging all tickets in case management system. Follow-up with internal teams and/or 3rd party for timely resolution and closure of customer cases.
6. Perform outreach activities to generate quality leads, client on-boarding, or close the feedback loop through case management.
7. Minimum 2 years of experience working in customer service
(inbound/outbound) administering the exhibition requirements
8. UAE/GCC experience is a must
