The primary job of the customer service representative is as follows:

· To address customer issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner.

· Capability to handle freight enquiries quotations and coordination with local and international clients

· Experience in rate request service negotiations with Shipping lines airlines and overseas agents

· Support reps interact with customers on a variety of channels such as phone, email, and social media, and ensure that all valid customer requests and concerns are being dealt with immediately.

· Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.

· Resolving customer complaints, managing database records, drafting status reports on customer service issues.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Responding promptly to customer inquiries, whilst routing the request to the concerned department and ensuring task completion from respective team member based on the company service levels.

Initiating and handling pricing for clients, through the right service provider.

Negotiate and follow up with clients based on the rates quoted

Identifying the right service provider for a respective task

Rate negotiations with service providers and clients.

The candidate would be the sole contact point for customer, whereas he/she would be responsible of ensuring the right service is provided to the client based on company service levels.

Managing day to day jobs, preparing/ extracting reports for existing and new customers, managing client accounts respectively.

Communicating with customers through various channels.

Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints, whilst ensuring the customers get the best possible service which are in line with company standards

Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.

Processing quotes, orders, forms, applications, and requests.

Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.

Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
