We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Dubai. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy assisting customers, this role is for you!

Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person
Provide information about products and services clearly and professionally
Resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner
Maintain accurate customer records and update databases
Process orders, forms, and requests accurately
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met

Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
Good command of English; additional languages are a plus
