We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the customer support system.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
Collaborate with the sales, technical, and operations teams to address customer needs effectively.
Continuously improve knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate information.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in customer support or a similar role.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
