Job Purpose To support the marketing team in day-to-day projects, through liaison with internal stakeholders and external vendors and provide marketing support to achieve the overall business objective for the digital Bank.
Marketing Support
• Assist team members with routine marketing communications, monthly statements/newsletters / digital circulars to ensure delivered to required standards and within agreed timeframes
• Manage the release of artworks to marketing agencies, printing vendors, and publications to ensure delivery of marketing requirements
• Review digital content and make sure it is aligned with the product team
• Liaise with Marketing Manager & develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to Measure the success of social media campaigns Reporting and Record-Keeping
• Provide accurate marketing information to relevant internal business units within agreed timeframes in order for relevant reports to be produced
• Maintain up-to-date records, version controls, and archive of all final production artworks to enable this to be accessed reviewed and/or retrieved at any point in the future Vendor Management
• Collaborate and manage relationships with bank approved external suppliers and monitor the quality and standard of service provided on marketing activities to ensure the required standards are met

Minimum Experience
• At least 3 – 5 years of experience in a marketing administrative role
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in design or digital design and marketing
