Duties and responsibilities:
• Performing planned installation and preventive maintenance.
• Completing and maintaining accurate, updated documents and records.
• Problem-solving equipment breakdown and diagnose faults.
• Offering technical support and responding to clients’ technical consultation and inquiries.
• Managing and accessing the needs of spare parts.
• Shifts and ‘on-call’ work may be required.
• Supporting customers through technical and administrative activities
• Understanding customer needs and concerns
• Providing a high level of customer service
• Preparing and submitting service reports
• Providing technical direction to the team
• Participating in the training of new team members
Skills and Experience:
• BE/B.TECH in electric engineering
• Electrician with 3 years or more working experience
• Can read electric drawing.
• UAE Driving license is required.
• Proper experience in the maintenance industry, or interest in this area.
• Strong Hands-on skill and learning ability.
• Problem-solving experience in a busy environment.
• Knowledge of XRAY System, AC drives, servo drives, and windows OS and network diagnoses.
• Good communication, coordination ability and teamwork spirit.
