We are looking for a dynamic professional to join our company in Abu Dhabi. Urgent hiring for below position:
1 FEMALE ADMINISTRATOR cum CIVIL Engineer
QUALIFICATIONS:
– Should have Bachelor’s degree in CIVIL Engineering
– Applicants under Husband’s sponsorship visa are preferred
– Knowledge in HINDI or MALAYALAM is preferred
– Could join immediately
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
– Responsible for Technical/Engineering delivery of proposals/tenders for all assigned tenders.
– Review Tender Documents which includes Design Documents, Drawings, Specifications, Data Sheets and Calculations etc. clearly define the scope of project.
– Prepare Technical submittals as per Bid/Tender requirements which includes (but not limited to) specialized method statements and commissioning plans etc.
– Prepare/raise pre-tender queries etc and coordinate with owner department/client for clarification.
– Playing key role in all post tender activities till contract award including (but not limited to) attendance on meeting with clients/consultants, clarification of post tender queries, techno commercial negotiation etc.
– Registration of company on different government / non- government portals to seek opportunity for participation in the project.
– Have thorough knowledge of the prequalification documents required for qualifying the registration process.
– Coordination with engineers to obtain the best possible proposal for tender submission.
– Coordinate with concerned department to obtain contract document after winning a project.
– Coordinating with concerned department to obtain the Performance Bank Guarantee and insurance required for within the stipulated time for the project execution.
– Preparation of documents, requested by the higher authorities of the company.
