Description

The Finance Manager is responsible for the oversight of all financial and accounting aspects of the company whilst maintaining the financial health of the company She will sphere-head the Finance Accounting team This post will focus on verifying daily financial transactions preparation of financial reports liaising and sphere-heading audits and other financial reportorial requirements to various government agencies She will work closely with the other department heads in achieving the objective of the role Other tasks would include finance tasks related to the key areas as detailed below This post reports to the Senior Management and manages a team of three 1 Financial Reporting Preparation and finalization of financial Reports Liaises with audit team and serves as the focal person for any financial reports.

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA), ACCA
• Master’s Degree and other certifications (CMA) is desirable
• Ability to analyse financial data and make financial proposals
• Strong knowledge on the preparation of financial statements, practice and applications of relevant accounting principles, financial systems and procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to coach and spear-head a team
• Ability to perform multi-tasking and to work on tight deadlines.
• Ability to work in a multicultural/cross cultural environment. Adaptable, flexible with a high level of work ethics
