Description

We are currently looking for a Fleet Supervisor who will serve as the key operations link between the company and both our drivers and customers. He must effectively deliver key factor results for the fleets’ operation, maintenance, safety, and service.
Tasks include the following:
• Deal with the day-to-day outdoor operation of the fleet.
• To resolve customer and driver needs while leading drivers to meet performance goals.
• Visit all client’s locations to maintain and improve the company’s service level
• Attend all direct clients (hotels), bookings, and vehicle requirements
• Attend direct clients (hotels) complaints and lost and found issues
• Maintain the personal grooming, wear company ID, and use of proper uniform.
• Provide timely reports related to the fleet to the Operation Manager.
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Proven maximum 1-2 years in UAE Or Outside working experience in a relevant role.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Communication and negotiation skills (Proficiency in English).
• Time management and planning skills.
• Open to different time schedules and willing to relocate with the different locations/hotels.
• Applicants must have their attested Diploma in the origin country and UAE MOFA. (Send the CV including MOFA cert. to hr@prvtlimousine.com)

SALARY PACKAGE:

• Basic Salary – AED 2000
• Transportation – AED 350
• Accommodation – company provided (Hor Al Anz)
