Description

Seaways International is seeking to hire a Handyman with UAE driving license.

Job Description:

1. Installation inspections, diagnosing faults, testing, replacement, repair and maintenance of aircon, building fixtures and fittings
2. General electric, general plumbing, general carpentry, general tiling – floors and walls, general painting & decorating
3. Day to day care and maintenance of the residence and office
Identify hazards, defects and the need for adjustment or repair; to ensure compliance with agree working practices and health and safety
4. Liaising with Technical Manager and other team members and performing jobs as and when they are required

QUALIFICATION:
* 5+ years of experience in residential maintenance and repair
* Speaks Hindi and English a MUST
* knowledge of electricity, AC Repair and mechanical functions
* Valid UAE driver’s license is a MUST
* Currently in UAE.
