Hiring Help desk Support Engineer (For 6 months and may be extended)
* Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant experience having done work in similar organizations in UAE.
* Good knowledge on handling help desk support for
· Desktops/PC and Laptops.
· Arranging conference/meeting rooms
· fix outlook problem, printer, scanner, and application access through browser problems.
* We expect the candidate to have good knowledge on Ms-Office and Cisco Telephony and Active directory support.
The candidate is expected to have good infrastructure knowledge of email servers, net backup capabilities, firewall and cloud experience with the ability to write scripts as needed for email servers.

Bachelor’s Degree in IT
Salary Range 10,000 AED – 11,500 AED
