Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor – Female
Job Location: Ajman
Hiring for a Female Project Housekeeping Supervisor from Hospital / Healthcare background. The HKS is basically responsible for the performance of assigned projects under her control and is to ensure that staff provide and execute services delivery in accordance with the project specification, and line with SLA.
The overall allocation and control of the company’s Housekeeping staff for each project.
Monitoring of progress, quality, and safety to each project.
Ensuring that the profitability of the contract(s) achieves as a minimum the level set within the estimate and budget.
Maintain close relationship with management, clients, staff of each project.
Expected Requirements / Skills:
Wide and extensive knowledge of providing Soft Service delivery to demanding clients.
A minimum 8+year Gulf experience in a similar role and capacity within Hospital & Healthcare background.
Sound Business and commercial acumen.
Female candidate of any nationality, preferred from Philippine
