Position: IT Asset Coordinator
Location: Abu Dhabi

Req: Must have a minimum of 5 years of UAE experience in the same role. Should be available in UAE. Immediate joining.
JD: Managing activities within the business, IT, finance, and procurement, ensuring valid record-keeping for deployed assets. Managing and tracking associated hardware and ensuring asset movement is tracked and recorded.
Handles asset tracking, data management, and document control. Preparing asset disposal report after technician’s evaluation following approval from IT Asset Stores Manager, Service Delivery Manager, and Division Head.
Managing vendors who are engaged in delivering and/or removing assets from schools and updating the asset system accordingly. This includes mass and/or partial deployments of devices. Receiving and closing cases raised through IVANTI taking approval from IT Asset Stores Manager, Service Delivery Manager, and Division Head for the quoted parts if any. Tracking of all raised cases in IVANTI, coordinating with Team Leaders and Field Engineers for the task completion update and following up with vendors for quotation and invoice for the same.
Comply with all reasonable audit recommendations to ensure compliance with internal processes and regulations. Ensure that All asset management procedures and policies are applied as per standard.
