Role-
-Gathering process information (field work, document analysis, stakeholder interviews, etc.)
-Document existing process flows (as-is), Elaborate initiatives for process improvement, Document optimized processes (to-be)
Documenting gap analysis
-Perform business analysis for new product/service and produce Business Requirement specification, functional requirement specification and other project related document.
-Experience working on UML, wireframes and user experience using tools like balsamiq, axure etc…
-Handling grooming session to elaboration functional analysis documentation for the development team
-Created user stories, use cases, process flows, user journeys etc…
-Worked in projects handled in Agile methodology
