T24 – IT Operator
Location: Abu Dhabi

T24 Technical experience and Build Control and release
Escalate systems & software related problems faced by users and co-ordinate with support team to resolves them in an efficient and effective manner.
Maintain COB reports, Incident reports, downtime reports up to date and accurate at all time.
Running T24 COB for both KAZ & UAE.
Technical Skills in Troubleshooting T24 COB issues
Running EODs for Card centre, E-Banking, collection and other systems.
Specific knowledge of T24 core banking systems and AIX operating systems.
Certificates related to IT banking applications or IT process standards or operating systems.
Minimum of 4 to 5 years of IT Operations experience and mainly in T24 Technical operations.
