Currently Hiring to recruit for the role of IT Support Services Manager.

Designation: IT Support Services Manager
Work Location: Dubai
Reporting to : Director of IT

Job Description:
The IT Support Services Manager will oversee the support, engineering, and management of all networks, system, and security architectures across the companies’ multiple geographic regions.
The IT Support Services Manager will possess a high level of overall communication and presentation skills, be comfortable conducting meetings and briefings with colleagues, suppliers, organizational leaders, and other key executives

Education and Required Skills
· Bachelors or Master’s degree in information systems or related technology field.
· 10+ years of experience with systems and network support in a Microsoft Networking environment using Active Directory with 5+ years supervising subordinates in a technology- specific arena.
· Microsoft MCSE and Azure experience/certifications essential.
· CEH SSCP CompTIA Security Plus certifications essential.
· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and server environment (Microsoft
· Server 2016+).
· Minimum of years of experience in SharePoint solution development.
· Strong working knowledge of network services and protocols (DNS, SMTP, TCP/IP, and
· HTTP/S).
· Strong experience with various desktop operating systems.
· Strong experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe, Autodesk, and other suites of applications.
· Able to multi-task in fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
