Description

IT Systems Analyst – Channels
Location Abu Dhabi

At least 6 to 8 years in IT with banking background of at least 1-2 years

Sound understanding of online applications like Internet Banking, SMS and Mobile Banking etc.
Knowledge on Mobility and Mobile Apps.
Knowledge on API’s & API Management.
Knowledge on cloud technologies.
Working knowledge and experience of banking operations and related problems
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
Knowledge and ability to apply quality control techniques
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and additionally Arabic would be an advantage
Influencing, persuasion and negotiation skills required to deal with various units in the bank and external vendors
Excellent interpersonal skills
Planning, analytical and time management skills
Excellent person to person communication skills

Sound expertise in JAVA & IBM Web sphere 8.5 and above.
Sound understanding of enterprise architecture and Java technology
Sound Knowledge of Java technologies (J2ee, Springs and Hibernate framework)
Knowledge of PL SQL or other IDE utilities is required to support day to day support
Understanding of SOAP / Web Services is required
Understanding of encryption and hashing techniques
Basic skill of following operating systems UNIX/AIX/Windows.
Basic skill of following databases (Oracle 11g,12c,19c , MS SQL 2019 My SQL)
Knowledge of change & Incident management
Knowledge of Technologies (Tomcat, Spring Boot Jboss and Web Logic)

Responsibility:

Follow up with vendors and assist business for day to day issues.
Responsible for coordinating and assisting internal team’s project team.
Responsible for coordinating with vendors for defect resolution and project delivery.
Responsible for maintaining updating the internal documents.
Provide SIT/UAT support and complete major tasks or projects
