Description

Our kitchen is looking for a skilled kitchen staff member to join our pre-opening team. The incumbent will be tasked with doing your part to help our restaurant operate as efficiently and effectively as possible. This requires an adaptable and willing staff to do a little bit of everything that our kitchen needs to do its best work.

Cleans and sanitizes dishes, cookware, and utensils
Ensures the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic
Cleans and sanitizes food preparation workstations
Assists in the food preparation process by cutting, chopping, slicing, and washing vegetables, meats, and other ingredients
Follows all food health and safety requirements
Assists in unloading of deliveries and their proper storage
Communicates kitchen needs to Kitchen Supervisor
Sorts, stores and distributes ingredients
Cleans the food preparation equipment, floors and other kitchen tools or areas
