We are seeking an organized and proactive Logistic Coordinator to join our team. As a Logistic Coordinator, you will play a key role in planning and coordinating logistics and supply chain operations to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods and materials. Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and manage logistics and supply chain operations.
Monitor and track the movement of goods from suppliers to customers.
Schedule and optimize transportation routes and delivery schedules.
Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
Handle documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, and shipping records.
Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.
Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure proper storage and handling of goods.
Identify and resolve logistics and supply chain issues.
Monitor and analyze logistics performance and recommend improvements.
Ensure compliance with logistics and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in logistics coordination or a related role is preferred.
Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in using logistics and inventory management software.
Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
Ability to work independently and meet logistics deadlines.
