Building relationships with clients, creating sales leads, exploring new opportunities to reach sales goals, and following through to complete the sales cycle.
Tenders/bids management in packaging RFQ.
A market analysis covering the clients, competition, development, and more
Provide information for monthly reporting on new business and profit improvement.
Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
Take initiative and work independently to meet sales goals.
A track record of meeting and exceeding KPI, sales, and margin targets.
Promoting the organization and products.
Preparing a Sales plan (Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly) and achieving the agreed sales target in your assigned areas.
Prepare and follow daily reports on client actions, agreements.
Have the ability and actively to seek new business and be able to influence decisions.
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
A minimum of 5 years of successful field sales experience within the Construction Industry.
Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
Experience in negotiation and customer relationship management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation skills.
