One of our client a large Facilities Management Company in Abu Dhabi is looking for a MEP Service Engineer

Position: MEP Service Engineer
Location: Abu Dhabi
Experience: Minimum 5 years in MEP
Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering
Background: Mechanical or Civil
Languages: Arabic and English

Mechanical background:
Experience in Chillers, Chilled water system, potable water system
Knowledge of District Cooling, Waste water & Energy Management
Strong experience in Contract Management & SLA/KPI management of Sub-Contractors
FM experience in an airport preferred
Civil Background:
Strong experience in Contract management & sub-contractor management of SLA & KPIs
Experience in Building civils, & building fabric maintenance
Knowledge of Civils, architectural, structural assessment of building
FM experience in an Airport preferred.
