Description
As an Office Boy/Girl, you will be an integral part of our office support team, contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of our workspace. Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and welcoming manner.
Handle basic receptionist duties, including answering and redirecting incoming calls.
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of common areas, including the reception, kitchen, and workspaces.
Ensure the office kitchen is well-stocked, including coffee and refreshments.
Prepare and serve beverages and snacks to staff and visitors.
Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
Help with organizing and maintaining office supplies inventory, restocking as needed.
Assist in distributing incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience as an office boy/girl or in a similar support role is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and orderly workspace.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
