– Have a minimum 2 years as a supervisor with same industry
steel sheet metal fabrication for decorative items
– With a degree in mechanical or architecture or with
intensive experience in the same field.
– Ensure all manufacturing goes smoothly and efficiently by –
closely monitoring how employees organize their workflows.
– Excellent in AutoCAD drawing
– Experience using CAD software such as AutoCAD and
SolidWorks to prepare technical drawings is an additional
advantage for programmers.
– Analyzes data and reviews drawings and plans to ensure
quality of work and project feasibility.
– With good experience in supervising fabrication, assembly,
quality standards, and other related tasks related to the
job.
– Ensure the shop stays on schedule and within budget.
– Procures and distributes production material to meet
schedules
– Co-ordinates sub-contractors involved in the assembly
stages.
– Ensures compliance with safety procedures and quality
standards.
– Searches for the most efficient technical solutions.
– Provides quantitative data for producing the progress
reports.
