Hiring Projects Coordinator
Professional: Civil Engineer or Architecture Graduate
Nationality: No Preference
Years of Experience: 10 Years with minimum of 5 years in UAE
Duties and Responsibilities:
· General Coordination task for the following – Design and Engineering Services.
· Liaise with all stakeholders – Clients, Client Representatives, Design Specialists and In-house Team
· Preparation of General Correspondences – Letters, Minutes of the Meetings, Weekly Reports, Monthly Reports.
· Assist the Design Team in Controlling Projects’ Cost, Time and Quality.
· Review and preparation of the extension of time / cost claims and reporting his recommendations to the Team.
· Monitoring and checking that all activities are in accordance with the contract and highlighting any problems to the concerned parties.
· Follow up and coordination with Client’s Representative.
· Sourcing out Specialist Design Services i.e. Traffic Impact Studies, Acoustic Designs, Estidama / Green Building Designs, External Lighting Specialist, Landscape Design, etc.
· Assist the Design Team in preparing the work program.
· Carry out such activities as directed by the Superior from time to time.
· Adhere to UAE rules and regulations.
