Fibrex is urgently Hiring for Quantity Surveyor with the below qualifications
1. With experience in Contracting/Construction Company
2. Experience working in a big projects
3. 3-5 years of experience
4. Willing to be relocated in Abu Dhabi
5. With Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Attested by the MOFA)
6. Willing to join immediately
7. Knowledgeable and experienced in CAD Measure
Job Descriptions:
1. Responsible for preparing and submitting Payment Application
2. Responsible for preparing and submitting Variation
3. Preparing Subcontractor Payment Packs
4. Responsible for measuring and estimating structural and architectural Works
5. Responsible on reviewing, check and verify the Contractor’s monthly progress payment
6. Preparing Wastage reports
7. Preparing Subcontractor Liabilities
8. Daily going to the site in order to monitor the Labor and Hired Equipment location areas and work activities.
9. Keep recording Labor activities for each trade for NOYA 1, 2, 3 and Infrastructure works.
10. Keep recording Plant and Equipment on site for daily activities for NOYA 1, 2, 3 and Infrastructure works.
11. Preparing the KPI’s
12. Reporting the contra-charges of Subcontractor (labor and equipment) done by Fibrex Team.
13. Recording and verifying the Diesel Consumption for each Plant and Equipment on daily basis.
14. Coordinate with the Site Team activities.
