Job Description:

As a Receptionist / Front Desk personnel, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Your warm and professional demeanor will create a positive impression on clients, visitors, and employees. Your multitasking abilities and strong communication skills will help you manage various administrative tasks and ensure the smooth flow of operations at the front desk.


Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a friendly and professional attitude.
Answer incoming calls, transfer calls to appropriate individuals, and take accurate messages.
Maintain a neat and organized reception area, ensuring a welcoming environment.
Manage visitor registration, issue security passes, and direct visitors to their destinations.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, distributing them promptly.
Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room reservations.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and visitor handling.
Provide basic information and assistance to visitors and callers.
Keep track of office supplies and replenish them as needed.
Assist in maintaining office records and databases.
Handle basic administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus.
Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or in a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional and welcoming demeanor.
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to remain composed under pressure and handle unexpected situations.
Basic knowledge of office equipment and phone systems.
Customer service-oriented mindset.
Flexibility to work shifts, if required.
