Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth clinic experience. As a receptionist, you will be responsible for handling client inquiries, appointment scheduling, maintaining patient records, and supporting clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients upon arrival
Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments
Answer phone calls and respond to emails
Maintain accurate client records and manage appointment software
Handle administrative tasks such as filing and organizing documents
Provide information about services, treatments, and products
Ensure the clinic environment remains clean, welcoming, and professional
Coordinate with Ayurvedic practitioners to ensure smooth patient flow
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred
Knowledge or interest in Ayurvedic medicine is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Computer literacy and experience with office software
Professional and polished appearance
