Description
The role will include onboarding new customers for credit cards & personal loans. This Job requires a high level of relationship building and excellent communication skills. Preference will be given to candidates experienced in the same field and who can join immediately. Salary will be based upon experience.
Responsibilities
Prospect in targeted segments that require meeting standards in phone calls
Engage and Educate customers on product usage
Present and sell all Retail banking products(credit cards) to potential customers in an ethical & professional manner.
Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers to enhance cross-selling opportunities.
Following up with customers to close the deal
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in Retail Banking Sales
Ability to identify potential Customers
Excellent interpersonal/relationship management skills and problem-solving ability
Strong communication skills
Self Motivated & Target oriented person
Candidates with Retail banking experience in UAE would be given preference
Applicants must be under 40 yrs old to attend an interview
Qualification: Any graduate
