The Retails Sales Coordinator will be a dynamic, aggressive, and outgoing sales professional who recognizes the importance of direct selling, building, and maintaining relationships, outside sales calls, effective prospecting, internet marketing strategies, community involvement, civic responsibilities and integration with operations. Revenue Management experience and expertise complement all strong candidates.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY

Strong focus and experience in building existing business and in new business development.
Assist in soliciting new business via CVB and brand lead generation as well as develop internet research and respond to competitor’s reader boards to help increase revenues and grow client base.
Maintain/Nurture relationships with existing clients via phone calls for follow up and
solicitation along with outside sales calls.
High level of focus on exceeding client service expectations.
Work in tandem with the General Manager and Sales and Business Development to achieve Monthly Revenue Goals set by the leadership team.
Prepare weekly reports as needed.
Review Monthly client sales turnover to determine and anticipate need and monitor customers’ orders flow and to determine causes of the slowdown in purchases or eventual stoppage of orders, to coordinate to Sales and Business Development for strategies to get problematic customers back on board.
Attend Trade shows, chamber events and meetings as designated by the operations and Sales.
Answer phones and speak with customers and prospects with an upbeat and engaging energy.
Coordinate with Production Department tours of the production facility and meeting space and expose clients to facilities and services.
Assist Sales and Business Development in implementing corporate rates & discounts and other company services such as catering.
Assist Call Center in booking Corporate Orders.
In addition, the sales Coordinator must assist the client in planning – coordinating and assuring that all requirements are communicated and completed to the clients’ specifications.
Maintain accurate, organized, and legible records and files.
Follow-up documentation requirements from Clients such as signed and stamped agreements, trade license copies, VAT Registration Certifications and efficiently systematically filed.
Consistently and effectively communicate with all team members. The sales Coordinator is the liaison between sales and other departments and customers.
The Sales Coordinator must also work closely with the Sales “team” to assess the progress of the department and help develop Sales strategy accordingly.
Notify/coordinate customer specifications with other departments and quickly and efficiently respond to customer issues, comments, and problems to ensure a quality experience and enhance future sales prospects.
Reach individual booking goals by marketing the products on all social media channels.
The Sales Coordinator must also complete the contracts, proposals, rate agreements, prepare the appropriate paperwork, coordinate with the Sales and Business Development Staff, and resolve any issues, complaints and problems to ensure quality product delivery and customer satisfaction.
Completion of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports and tasks.
Responsibility for all Sales administrative tasks, including sales activity tracking, multi-department communication, lead systems management.
Analyzing customers’ ordering data to optimize sales efforts and better identify potential customers
Provide a professional image through addressing customers requirement in a timely and appropriate manner.
Entering order information into the company database.
Answering client questions regarding their account or sales products.
Collaborating with staff members from other departments such as marketing, research/design, and financing to optimize sales
Maintaining supplies of sales presentation materials, including slides and brochures
All other duties as assigned/required.
REQUIREMENTS

At Least 3+ Years’ experience in the similar field.
Good knowledge on MS Office, Excel, Word etc.
Excellent command of written and spoken English
UAE Driving license (Preferably)
Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately.
