Job Profile: Sales Manager

We are looking to expand its Sales team by adding up resources who understand and satisfy customers’ needs, resolves their issues promptly, and consistently delivers a positive customer experience. The Sales Manager would be expected to build long-lasting, profitable relationships with clients, always striving to find the products that best fit individual clients’ specific needs.

Job Responsibilities:

Relevant sales experience, including strategic sales, business-to-business sales and/or account management organization
Proven track record in developing strategic customer partnership and year over year revenue growth
Building, maintaining and restructuring relationships with the Real Estate Brokers, Freelance Property Consultants who can help and assist in bringing newer clients.
Demonstrated ability to support multiple product lines in a growing, fast-paced environment
Knowledge of restructuring contract term and condition relating legal, finance and billing
Ability to work across cross-functional team to drive results with external and internal stakeholders
Supporting clients and assisting them with the paperwork whenever necessary
The Profile we are looking for:

Fluency in Italian is a must
Target oriented mindset, someone who understands the value of commissions more than the salary itself
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Quick learner with a zeal to perform at a top-notch level
Local knowledge of Real Estate would be strongly preferred
Someone who believes in bringing in the best numbers and being rewarded for the same
