We are looking for a customer service representative for an upcoming business / Parking Management
This is a full-time role and the candidate will be responsible for providing efficient customer support, submitting applications, escalating and resolving complaints across a number of communication channels. Key Responsibilities:
– Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
– Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
– Communicating with customers through various channels.
– Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
– Acknowledging and promptly resolving customer complaints.
– Processing and transferring orders, forms, applications, and requests to relevant departments.
– Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
– Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
– Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Job Requirements:
– The role is based in Dubai, UAE
– 5 years of relevant in Parking Management UAE
