Salesforce Manager (Sales/Leasing)

Job Location: Dubai

Responsibilities:
• Ensuring that the implementation / solution is compliant with Salesforce best practices
• Qualification of needs and management of workshop requirements • Project management, planning, estimations, writing technical and functional specifications
• Controlling the project delivery timeline by attending, challenging, and providing inputs in the below meetings during the project life cycle
• Responsible for the Salesforce design, configuration, and solution implementation
• Analysis and adaptation of new functionalities to client’s existing business rules and processes
• Preparation and assistance to workshops and validation sessions
• Design and solutions implementation
• Essential to follow up regarding internal knowledge transfer as well as the handover management of the service providers
• Contribution to the development and continuous enhancement of the company’s platform and its key services
• Ensure Salesforce environment structure with the right access and release management between different teams
• Management of users and profiles as well as deployment and planning strategies
• Impact analysis and establishment of communication plan as well as communication support
• Ongoing measurement of the adoption rate of the new solutions
• Conduct a risk assessment of the solution being delivered and to ensure the best fit solution
