Hiring Senior Engineer/Manager for Power Systems Studies – Dubai, UAE – Excellent compensation
· Working for a global, $bn, consultancy business. This business unit in Dubai is focused on power systems studies for utilities across the GCC.
· The power system studies will be for generation, transmission, interconnection and storage projects.
· The responsibilities are focused on network integration studies, static and dynamic power system simulation (PSS/E and PowerFactory), modelling, dispatch optimization and economic assessments.
· Candidates must have a degree in Electrical Engineering, or similar. 5-15 years experience in power system studies. Previous experience working for an energy system operator (ESO) or consultancy business. Advanced technical knowledge in power systems, including proficiency with PSS/E and/or PowerFactory.
· Salary is negotiable dependent on skills and experience. $10,000 to $15,000 per month as an all-inclusive salary is the range. This is a long term opportunity, based in Dubai, with an industry leader.
