Job Description:
We are looking for courteous and responsible Valet Parking Attendants to join our team. As a Valet Parking Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional valet parking services to our guests, ensuring their vehicles are handled with care and attention. If you have excellent customer service skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and take pride in delivering a positive guest experience, we encourage you to apply and become an integral part of our team.
Responsibilities:
Greet arriving and departing guests with a warm and welcoming attitude.
Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles, following established procedures.
Assist guests with their luggage or belongings as needed.
Provide clear and accurate information about valet parking services and hotel facilities.
Maintain a neat and organized valet parking area.
Ensure the security and safekeeping of guest vehicles.
Keep accurate records of vehicle details and parking transactions.
Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with the front desk and concierge teams to enhance the guest experience.
Adhere to safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Valet Parking Attendant is preferred but not required.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to handle guest vehicles safely and responsibly.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of responsibility.
Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods.
Knowledge of local attractions and dining options is a plus.
