Currently Hiring to recruit for the role of Visual Production Specialist – Dubai

Designation: Visual Production Specialist
Work Location: Dubai
Salary: 6000 AED – 8000 AED per month

Roles and Responsibilities:
Creative Design Support:
· Development/Production of PowerPoint presentations from basic templates, handwritten submissions or presentations in other formats
· Create standardized PowerPoint templates, incl. color schemes, font styles and sizes, etc.
· Conversion, formatting and creation of PowerPoint slides from data contained in MS Excel files or other reports

Education and Required Skills
· Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent
· 2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a reputable organization
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills (formal and informal presentations) tailored to target audiences – English Language proficiency
· Creativity & resourcefulness: Strong design style and ‘solution’ driven creative skills, Adept in obtaining data and insights
· Ability to work independently, multi-task, work to deadlines with excellent attention to detail and effective time management and personal organizational skills
· Self-initiating and group-cooperative: Willing to take initiatives, Ability to build rapport and forge relations – internally as well as with third party vendors
· Strong sense of ownership for department delivery: Highly dependable, Acute attention to detail
· Knowledge and ability to work with all MS Office products
