**Summary:**

– Stay informed about different coffee blends and brewing techniques.
– Educate customers about various coffee products and offerings.
**Requirements:**
– Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar role.
– Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
– Excellent customer service and communication skills.
– Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
**Optional:**
– Training in barista techniques or certification.
– Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems.
