Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our company, greeting clients and visitors, answering phone calls, and providing administrative support across the organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
Provide administrative support, such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages
Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a related field is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly and professional demeanor
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Customer service-oriented mindset
Schedule:
Full-time
Monday to Saturday
