Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Waiters/Waitresses. The Waiter/Waitress will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team.
Responsibilities:
Greet and escort customers to their tables
Present menus and take orders
Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations
Serve food and beverages
Monitor tables for customer needs and respond promptly
Prepare bills and process payments
Clean and set up dining areas
Assist with opening and closing tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not required
Excellent customer service skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
