Warehouse Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring that products are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Receiving and Inspecting Goods: Unload and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage, reporting any discrepancies.
Inventory Management: Assist in organizing and maintaining inventory, including labeling, sorting, and storing products.
Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
Shipping Preparation: Prepare shipping documents and labels, and assist with loading outgoing shipments.
Maintenance of Warehouse Space: Keep the warehouse clean and organized, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (if certified).
Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and management to improve processes and enhance efficiency.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is a plus.
